I was pleased to see a 4th of July Parade flyer in Palio, a favorite cafe of mine, located in Ladd’s Addition, one of my favorite neighborhoods in Southeast Portland. What I missed (it actually wasn’t on the flyer) was that this was going to be a kids’ parade.
